The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Elko District Office (EDO) has completed the Livestock Trailing Programmatic Environmental Assessment (PEA) for management of livestock trailing in the EDO. The primary purpose of this PEA is to develop alternatives for management and disclose and analyze the effects of livestock trailing. The PEA analyzes alternatives to address livestock crossing permit applications.

The PEA and unsigned Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) are available for a 30-day public review period beginning May 7, 2018. Submissions may be mailed to BLM, Attn.: Terri Dobis, 3900 E. Idaho St., Elko, NV 89801; emailed to WellsFO_NEPA@blm.gov; or faxed to (775) 753-0347. Submissions must be received by June 7, 2018.
