Timeline 
The BLM is currently preparing the Draft Eastern Colorado Resource Management Plan/Environmental Impact Statement, which the agency expects to release for public comment in 2018.

The official scoping period for the Eastern Colorado RMP began June 1, 2015, and ran until July 31, 2015. Since then, many reports pertinent to plan development have been released. See Documents & Reports on the left for further information or to view/download these reports.

Public review and comment period for the Draft RMP/EIS For 90 days after release of the draft RMP/EIS
Develop Proposed RMP/Final EIS 2018-2019
Publish Proposed RMP/Final EIS 2019
Public review and protest period for the Proposed RMP/final EIS For 30 days after release of proposed RMP/final EIS
Develop Record of Decision and Approved RMP 2019
Publish Record of Decision and Approved RMP 2019
