Project Description

MDS Energy Development LLC submitted one application for permit to drill (APD) to the BLM Royal Gorge Field Office (RGFO) for one well pad in Weld County, and plans to submit two more APDs for a total of three. These wells would be drilled and completed in fee and federal mineral estate, from a surface location on private surface over fee minerals (fee/fee/fed). The well pad is pre-existing, and no new surface disturbance is planned for this project. The well pad is located approximately 18miles east of Briggsdale in Weld County, Colorado. The federal mineral estate that would be accessed by the wells is leased and subject to oil and gas development.
