and on factors that may affect the FMV and MER determinations of the coal resources contained in the proposed LBA lease tracts**

Comments on the Fair Market Valuation and Maximum Economic Recovery will be accepted until September 15, 2025. All comments should be postmarked or hand delivered no later than September 15, 2025. 

Comments should be specific to 1) the method of mining to be employed to obtain the maximum economic recovery of the federal coal 2) the method of determining the fair market value of the federal coal to be offered, and 3) any facts that may affect the determinations of the Fair Market Valuation appraisal and the Maximum Economic Recovery. 

Only comments on the Fair Market Valuation and the Maximum Economic Recover will be considered. 90 FR 39416
