Welcome to BLM Arizona's ePlanning page covering the competitive leasing of three Solar Energy Zones (SEZ). A live auction has been scheduled for December 8, 2021 at the BLM Arizona State Office in Phoenix, AZ. Links to important documents and information are available under menus to the left. While the SEZs are each being offered in their entirety, interested bidders should be familiar with Regional Mitigation Strategy for the Arizona Solar Energy Zones, which outlines sensitive resource areas within each SEZ that may limit the full development potential of each SEZ.
