On June 09, 2020, the Malheur Field Office, Vale District of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) completed a Final Environmental Assessment analyzing the environmental effects of various alternatives associated with achieving and maintaining the wild horse population within the Appropriate Management Level (AML) in the Barren Valley Complex in southeastern Oregon.
