Project Description

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is proposing to issue Paleontological Resource Use permits to BLM’s Paria River District (PRD)/Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument (GSENM) Paleo Program, the Natural History Museum of Utah (NHMU) and the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences (NCMNS) to allow for the excavation of three scientifically important dinosaur sites for protection, study and curation of the collected paleontological material.
