Project Description

Dodge Flat Energy Center, LLC (Applicant) is proposing to construct, operate, maintain, and decommission an approximately 200-megawatt alternating current solar photovoltaic facility, energy storage project, and ancillary facilities.  The Dodge Flat Solar II Project (Project) would be located on public lands administered by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and private lands in Washoe County, Nevada.  For the portions of the Project that would be located on BLM lands, the Applicant would pursue issuance of a Title V Federal Lands Policy and Management Act of 1976 right-of-way from the BLM for a 30-year term.  At this time, the Project would include development up to approximately 500 acres of BLM lands and 1,071 acres of private lands.
