The BLM has received a Plan Amendment from PDZ Company. The BLM has reviewed this plan amendment and determined it meets the requirements of 43 CFR 3809. 

A Determination of NEPA Adequacy and Decision Record have been prepared and signed. The BLM has approved the Plan Amendment which authorizes 6 acres of additional disturbance.
