Project Description

This is a right-of-way (ROW) renewal application for an existing access road authorization. The original ROW grant was issued on December 20, 1985, for a period of 30 years and expired on December 31, 2015. The grant was issued for an access road to the dwelling at 19915 Tin Horn Mine Rd in Tuttletown, CA that runs a length of 1,460 feet and a width of 20 feet on Bureau of Land Management (BLM) land in Tuolumne County, CA.  The ROW holder is requesting a reduction of width from a width from 20 feet to 12 feet. The holder is also requesting to add 543 feet of additional roadway to manage. In all, the total length of the ROW would be 2003 feet long and 12 feet wide.
Responsibilities under the National Historic Preservation Act for the proposed activity are complete.
