Project Description

On February 5, 2026, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Richfield Field Office (RFO) received two Standard Form 299 - Application to amend a Right-of-Way on Federal Lands, South Central Utah Telephone Association aka South Central Broadband located in Piute and Wayne County, Utah. Currently, both lines exist, and the applications request the extension of these lines. UTUT106101447, the Kingston extension was first granted in 1991, and last renewed in 2025. UTUT106148040, the Grover to Boulder extension was first granted in 1991, and renewed in 2025, both lines are set to expire December 31, 2055
