Project Description

West38Moto is requesting authorization to lead guided motorcycle trips on designated routes within Bears Ears National Monument (BENM) in the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Monticello Field Office (MtFO) under a Special Recreation Permit (SRP). The permit would authorize travel on Comb Wash Road (B235), Snow Flat Road (B237), and Cottonwood Road (B228). The remainder of the trip would use U.S. Route 163, State Route (SR) 261, SR 95, U.S. Route 191, and various routes on the United Stated Department of the Interior (USDA) Manti-La Sal National Forest. This permit would only authorize use on lands managed by the BLM MtFO.
