For Description:

The Minnesota Management Framework Plan (MFP) provides objectives for how to manage BLM-administered surface lands and federal mineral estate within the State of Minnesota. The resources on their land and the title of these lands is described to guide BLM activities within the state.

The Minnesota MFP provides the BLM with procedures and direction to identify lands for disposal to other entities and how to manage any resources that shall remain under the control of the BLM.

The Minnesota MFP was approved and signed by the BLM Eastern States State Director on September 1, 1982.
