Project Description

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is conducting a wild horse drive trap gather within the Confusion Herd Management Area, located about 50 miles northwest of Delta, Utah in Millard and Juab Counties.  In coordination with the gather, BLM is proposing to temporarily close public lands within and around the Confusion HMA pursuant to the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 (FLPMA), as amended, and 43 CFR § 8364.1.
