Project Description

Atlantic Richfield Company (ARC) and Weed Heights Development, LLC (WHD) have submitted an application to the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) for a right-of-way (ROW). The proposed ROW would authorize operation, maintenance, and termination of a residential wastewater treatment facility on BLM-managed land adjacent to the Anaconda Copper Mine Site (ACMS) near Yerington, Lyon County, Nevada.
