APPROVED EASTERN COLORADO RESOURCE MANAGEMENT PLAN & RECORD OF DECISION SIGNED
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is pleased to announce that, after many years of hard work and collaboration, the BLM Eastern Colorado Approved Resource Management Plan (RMP) is complete. The Record of Decision (ROD) for the Approved Eastern Colorado Resource Management Plan was signed on January 9, 2024. The Approved RMP will provide guidance for managing approximately 658,200 acres of BLM-administered public lands and 3,311,900 acres of federal mineral estate in 37 counties.
The Approved RMP/ROD and supplementary documents are available on the Documents page (see navigation links on the left).
BLM Royal Gorge Field Office GIS staff has developed an online story map for the Approved Eastern Colorado RMP/EIS. Go to the Maps page (see links on the left) for more information.
