What's New

Utah Air Resource Management Strategy (ARMS) Update
In accordance with a Settlement Agreement approved by the U.S. District Court of Utah, BLM-Utah is updating the Utah Air Resource Management Strategy (ARMS) and is seeking public comment. 

The update to ARMS does not change BLM-Utah’s statutory responsibilities. BLM-Utah will continue to defer regulatory authority to the State of Utah and the Environmental Protection Agency

* Follow the prompts to submit a comment through ePlanning.

Comments must be received by May 17, 2018. BLM-Utah will respond to substantive and timely comments before the final update of the ARMS document. Public comments will also be accepted in person or by mail to:
