03/25/2026 ~ Anglo Gold Ashanti North America has submitted an Exploration Plan of Operations to the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Tonopah Field Office, for their proposed Arthur Gold Exploration Project, which would be located in Nye County, Nevada. In accordance with 43 CFR § 3809.411(c), the BLM is making the Exploration Plan of Operations available for a 30-day public review and comment period. Comments submitted should pertain to the Exploration Plan of Operations requirements as described at 43 CFR § 3809.  Comments will be accepted from March 25, 2026, through April 24, 2026.

Comments must be submitted in writing. You may submit your comments by any of the following methods: 1) submit directly through this website by clicking the "Participate Now" button in the top-left portion of the webpage and entering your comments into the comment field, or by uploading attachments directly to the system using the "Upload Files" feature located below the comment field; 2) email your comments to BLM_NV_BMDO_P&[email protected]; or 3) mail your comments to the BLM Tonopah Field Office, Attn: Arthur Gold Exploration Project, P.O. Box 911, Tonopah, NV 89049. Mailed comments must be postmarked on or before April 24, 2026, in order to be considered.
