March 13, 2026 - April 12, 2026: September 2026 competitive lease sale 30-day public scoping period

The 30-day scoping period will end on April 12, 2026.   Due to the final day of the scoping period falling on a Sunday, scoping comments will be accepted through the end of the next day which is not a Saturday, Sunday, Federal legal holiday, or other nonbusiness day. Therefore, scoping comments will be accepted through April 13, 2026.  

ePlanning will stop accepting comments at 4pm MDT on Monday April 13, 2026.  This notice supersedes any system notifications of closing times.  There will be no exceptions for late comments, please plan accordingly.
