Listed below is the tentative timeline for the September 24, 2019 Oil and Gas Lease Sale.
All documents associated with this Lease Sale are posted under the documents link on the left hand side of your screen.
The GIS data and parcel maps are posted under the Maps and Data link on the left hand side of your screen.
To submit comments electronically through this site click on the documents link and then click on the "Comment on Document" button on the right hand side of the screen.
IMPORTANT! 30-day protest period will begin on 7/31/19 and run through 8/30/19.
**Upcoming Change: Duplicate Lease Notices have been removed from Appendix A and the Master Stipulation List. The changes are as follows:
LN 14-19 was a duplicate of TES 16-2. TES 16-2 will be applied in Appendix A
LN 14-25 was a duplicate of LN 14-2. LN 14-2 will be applied in Appendix A
LN 14-28 was a duplicate of LN 14-1. LN 14-1 will be applied in Appendix A
LN 14-38 was a duplicate of CR 16-1. CR 16-1 will be applied in Appendix A
This change does not alter the EA in any way, nor does it alter the stipulation language previously applied to lease parcels.
This change was necessary to have consistency in stipulation numbers for all field offices in the MT/DAKS.
