Project Description

T-Mobile West, LLC has submitted an SF-299 application for a new FLPMA communications site lease/right-of-way (ROW) within the existing Cherry Creek Communication Site. This project will include installing sector frames, mounts and antennas on an existing AT&T owned lattice tower, along with a new 24” ice bridge. T-Mobile West, LLC is requesting an 11’ x 20’ ground space to accommodate an 11’ x 11’ cement pad for an 11’ x 11’ equipment shelter, a 4’ x 9’ cement pad for a (211 gal) diesel generator. In addition, there will be a 4’ x 6’ concrete entry pad for the equipment shelter. T-Mobile will connect to AT&Ts existing power by extending the existing H-frame, installing a new 200A meter and trenching an underground line (approximately 30’) to the new equipment shelter. Construction is estimated to take approximately 4 weeks, in the Summer/Fall 2026. Areas adjacent to and within the existing compound will be used to stage equipment, including a crane/lift, bobcat, trencher and work trucks. This will be a 30-year ROW operating year-round with quarterly maintenance and testing.
