A 14-day comment period will be available starting on June 13, 2025. Electronic comment submission is available; written comments must be postmarked written comments must be postmarked June 27, 2025, to be considered.  Comments should be within the scope of the proposed action, specific to the proposed action, have a direct relationship to the proposed action and include supporting reasons for the BLM to consider. Issues identified from public comment may be used to modify or add project design features, mitigation, or alternatives.

UPDATE: The Notice of Availability in the Federal Register Notice is Available June 23, 2025. The Public Comment Period will close July 7, 2025.
