Project Description

Proposal would grant the applicant a right-of-way across BLM to access private property. Applicant would be allowed to reconstruct/maintain a bridge crossing at Johnson wash to allow for year round access to the property. Utilities would also be installed within the existing road bed and would be attached to the underside of the bridge.
