Project Description

The California Department of Technology (CDT) and American Dark Fiber (ADF) have submitted applications for fiber optic facilities crossing public lands in Lassen and Plumas Counties, within the Carson City District, Sierra Front Field Office. The proposed action would support a middle-mile network as provisioned in California Senate Bill 156 (SB 156), a statewide commitment to deliver 10,000 miles of broadband infrastructure within the State Highway System (SHS).
