Project Description

The BLM is proposing to expand the footprint of the 2012 Parker Front Vegetation Treatment Project (DOI-BLM-UT-C020-2012-0009-EA), hereafter the 2012 EA, on an additional 75, 780 BLM-administered acres in Grass Valley. Project objectives include removal of hazardous fuels around rural Utah communities, improved habitat conditions for Greater sage-grouse and mule deer, and increased perennial plant understory.
