Project Name: RW 44-21E Additional Wells

This DNA relies on the analysis prepared for the approved RW 44-21E Well Pad (DOI-BLM-UT-G010-2024-0055-EA). A new general conformity determination was made for the additional proposed wells. The decision approving the proposed wells was signed August 11, 2026. The final DNA and DR were uploaded to this site page the same day.

BLM will use the NEPA public participation process to satisfy the public involvement requirements under Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) (54 U.S.C. § 306108) and pursuant to 36 CFR 800.2(d)(3).  The information about cultural resources within the area of potential affect for this undertaking will assist the BLM in identifying and evaluating effects/impacts to such resources in the context of both NEPA and Section 106 of the NHPA.
