April 2011.  The Scoping Report is now available in the Documents and Reports section.  The Appendices were not posted due their large size, but are available upon request. 

February 14, 2011:  We had our economic workshops on February 7th and 8th.  We appreciate all of the great input from those who attended.  The issues which were identified in the meetings are now included in the Documents and Reports section.
