This page provides GIS datasets created by the Bureau of Land Management(BLM) as part of the Coastal Plain Leasing EIS planning process.


9/12/2019:  Data changed between the Draft EIS and the Final EIS is now available for download below. 
Please see the "ReadMeFirst" excel spreadsheet under 'Final EIS-GIS Data Index' for details on the exact files provided. 
If the data you are looking for is not in the FEIS download, it was likely not changed between Draft and Final EIS documents and can be found in DEIS data.


Data from sources external to BLM will not be distributed.  Exceptions to distributing external sources are made when BLM has added value to a dataset (reclassified, added additional attributes) that otherwise cannot be repeated.
Data are provided with FGDC-compliant metadata as zipped file geodatabases(gdbs) and shapefiles.

Maps in the document were created using ArcGIS software by Esri and are used under license.
