You are encouraged to be involved and participate in the agency decisionmaking process. You may submit comments on the project at any time, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to respond to any comments submitted outside of the formal comment periods.

The BLM released the Ten West Link Project Final EIS and Proposed Resource Management Plan Amendments on September 13, 2019.
The document is available for download on this website (on the "Documents" tab). Paper copies are available for review in the public rooms of the following offices:

-BLM Yuma Field Office, 7341 E 30th Street, Suite A, Yuma, Arizona 85365; and,
