The Notice of Decision initiates a 45-day protest period.

Protests must be submitted by March 6, 2023, to blm_co_kr_webmail@blm.gov or by mail to BLM KFO, Land Exchange Protest, P.O. Box 68, Kremmling, CO 80459.
