The BLM solicited public comments and held public meetings during scoping and on the Draft EIR/EIS/PA for the Crimson Solar Project. The last public comment period closed on January 30, 2020. No further public meetings are scheduled. 

Persons with standing had an opportunity to protest the BLM's proposal to amend the California Desert Conservation Area plan for the Crimson Solar Project.  The protest period closed on Monday, March 15, 2021.
