The BLM Gila District Office is pleased to announce the release of the Record of Decision for the RAY LAND EXCHANGE/PROPOSED PLAN AMENDMENT FINAL SUPPLEMENTAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENT (Ray Land Exchange Final SEIS/RMPAs).
Notice of Decision for the Land Exchange published, initiating a 45-day protest period per 43 CFR 2200.7–1(b). Protests must be received by December 19, 2019.
Protests must be submitted in writing to the State Director at the following address:
