The Determination of NEPA Adequacy (DNA) document for the Ohio parcels can be found here. The 30-day comment period associated with the DNA for the Ohio parcels ended June 7, 2017.
Protest Information
The competitive lease sale notice was posted on June 29, 2017, initiating a 30-day protest period of the proposed parcels that ends July 31, 2017. The sale notice can be accessed by clicking on Documents on the left side panel of this page, and on https://www.energynet.com/govt_listing.pl.
