To submit a protest please click on the Participate Now button to the right of the Sale Notice.
Protest Period closes at 4 PM MST on May 18, 2022; comments received after this time will not be accepted (40 C.F.R. 1500.3(b)(3)).
Helpful tips when submitting comments:
Chrome is the preferred browser when using ePlanning
Use a complete 10 digit phone number
Attachments have a file size limit of 20MGB - you may submit multiple comments to accommodate larger attachments
If you are having trouble submitting comments, it may be due to your bandwidth being too slow

Do not leave submitting your comment to the last minute - start early
